There are quite a few U.S. Worlds to choose from and we need to decide on a clan server/world so we aren't scattered.

As well as the fact we need to do it quick so choose Satros the beta weekend begins in 1 Day 8 Hours 16 Min and 50 sec (when this was posted)

Hmm thats kinda lame they made it like wow instead of just making it easy to switch like the GW1.

I'd say either Yak's Bend or Eternal Grove

Also do you know where I can get the client furry?

Ya if you Preoredered you can get the client here.

And it is fairly easy to switch anyway it came with WvWvW so ups and downs :/
18 Hrs 3 Min 30 Sec

Thanks got it!

Alright go's live around 2 today so ill be on teamspeak as soon as I get off work and will be getting to it I suppose eternal grove will do as our world.

My initial impressions are not good:

First off the control system is retarded. You need to use the mouse to look and are given an mouse arrow that doesn't seem to do anything (cannot click to move, attack, interact, or pick up stuff with it). To move you need to use the arrow keys or wasd, and to attack you need to hit skills on your skill bar, so basically, you need to be using your mouse to look, have a hand on your movement keys, and be constantly mashing your first skill (there is no auto attack). Its like an odd half-hack and slash, half click skills system. You pretty much need a mouse with multiple buttons to be good though, especially since you can't bind your regular attack to either mouse1 or mouse2 (why I have no idea).

The world is big and open, but this isn't as awesome as you might think. Monsters spawning randomly some areas, random events would be cool if it was just you and 2 or 3 friends exploring, except instead its more like 30 people trying to kill 3 level2 worms that die instantly in a barrage of skill effects that you can't even tell whats going on. You can do quests all day in an area, but it gets boring quickly.

I still need to try instances and world vs world, I hope those are good, but the control system is still pretty wack. The best part of GW1 was being able to go out and explore in the wilderness with your friends, and it was just you and them, it felt like an adventure and it felt hard. But now it is more like you adventure out and there are 100 people in the area, some killing things as they spawn, it doesn't feel so much like an adventure as much as traveling.

Like I said its the very first beta weekend so maybe they will change it dependent on the public's comments. As well as that im for 1 pretty sure that if you hit your first skill (the 1 key) then it is an auto attack maybe im wrong or i had my settings set to that or something and 2 maybe a warrior just isn't your slice of the pie anymore and you might want and/or need to try a new class.

wat terra is 10x more like WoW.

World vs World in GW2 looks cool though from the videos I've seen, might be worth it for that alone.

only if shes got a 10 ft cock hidden underneath that skirt

also, its nothing like wow servers, because you can actually go to other servers as a guest in gw2 (except you still get wvwvw for and from your own server and still rep your own guild)

dell

Well the brand doesn't really matter. As long it works fine then I don't see the problem. And since this runs everything max graphics I see no problem.

I understand that GW2 beta is CPU locked; I don't know for sure if that's true.  That might be why you had issues.

Could be but I was on 1 Frame per second so prob not.

4 Days 19 Hours 16 Minutes 20 Seconds

The fact it is CPU locked would actually be a pretty good/reasonable explanation for poor performance.
