That's it for the countries in the story world! I'm going to eleborate now on the denizens and monsters of each region..
Wallachia, as i've said before, has lots of creatures based from Romanian folklore, some from Norse and Germanic lore as well.
You'll run into shit like Strigvoi, ethereal shape shifting entities which are undead. In fact, most of Wallachia's monster are of the undead variety. You'll find zombies, which are very hard to kill, and they aren't too stupid. Some will be using axes, spears and swords, and an armed zombie attack can turn out deadly real quick, as they can form shield walls and etc,.
You'll find vampires. The difference is that these vampires can walk out in daylight, although powerless. But as soon as night time hits, you'll find that prostitute in the street humped over screaming, and as you reach for her shoulder to find ot what's wrong, shell rear up with a massive mouth of dagger like teeth, and freakish claws on her hands ready to fucking disembowl you.
In the world of Thule, you've got to be fucking careful.
West March has creatures based off Roman, Greek and French folklore. Youll find Black Beasts, which are like big black wolves that cross breeded with a bear, Minotaurs, Harpies and the like. You get the idea. Also zombies. Well zombies tend to be a common thing through out the story.
Rumancia has a mixture of the above two. Just that they have a bigger undead problem since most of their fields have had battles fought over them.
Kokaido has the typical japanese/chinese type creatures, Kappas and serpents and shit.
Anything south of Rumancia is pretty much middle eastern/north african in origin. Monster's like Anubis things and mummies and shit.
Ivandyl is a little unique. They seem to have more Demons, and also the occasional Dragon or two.
There's some universal enemies, such as bandits, brigands and highwaymen. Undead are pretty universal as well.
A general rule though is don't go adventuring at Night, because that's when all the creepy shit comes out to play. Those same woods you visited earlier won't be the same. At night, you'll hear leaves crunching around you in the pitch black wilderness. You'll hear little children giggling, the entire fucking shabang yamean?
