WaR is like a family. We are not restricted to just a "Gaming Clan", although most of us do play games together in many different games, a few of us don't game at all. We are a close-knit community. Our main goal is to laugh and have fun in whatever were doing. We have been around since 2003 and continue to live on. If you are already a WaR Legionnaire then you have a good start on joining us and have most likely already met a good portion of our members, but you still need to prove that you have what it takes by doing the following below.
*Frequently Asked Questions:*
Q: Do i have to be skilled at games to join WaR?
A: No you don't, as i said WaR is not just a game clan per say. We are an "Everything" clan.
Q: Can I be part of another clan/crew?
A: Yes, you can join other groups, gaming clans, etc, as long as you don't forget about WaR.
Q: What is WaR's Philosophy?
A: WaR is all about having fun. We are a relaxed group that enjoys playing games together, talking, sharing links, etc.
*Requirements:*
To join war you must first assimilate your self into the clan, to do this we require a few things,
-Applicant should have some form of Steam or an Instant Messenger(Perferably MSN) so that other members can get to know the applicant outside the forums.
-Applicant must have a minimum of 50 posts and remain fairly active on the forum after the 50 posts are completed. This is to make sure you get used to visiting the forums at least semi-often, for the forum is our clan's headquarters and main way of communicating. If you want to just be a part of the clan but are to lazy to post at least semi-frequently, then we don't want you.
-Applicant must be the age of 12 or older.
-No skills are required, we only require that you are a cool person who likes to have fun and is active on our forums.
*Voting Process:*
Once you have reached 50 posts and have remained with the same amount of activity, a topic will be made in the WaR Members only section where we will vote.
1.If 3 or more members vote "NO" you will be denied, this is to assure that if any of the members has a problem with an applicant, the problems between them will not continue by letting a applicant in the clan. Also if one votes "NO" they must explain and have a valid reason for it.
2.If 5 or more members vote "I dont know who he/she is" you will be denied temporarily and allowed to apply again once your more well known. If this happens I suggest you get to know everyone better, perhaps on Teamspeak, in game, Steam, or MSN.
3.If 10 or more members vote "YES" you will be accepted as a part of your clan as long as you don't have 2 "NO" votes or 5 "Don't Know" votes.
*DO NOT:*
-DO NOT Spam the forums. This means posting meaningless comments like "lol" on every single thread in order to get the 50 posts.
-DO NOT bring up old topics in order to get posts (unless the topic is still semi-relevant).
-DO NOT stop being active once you get accepted.
