stands for black college football the experience. whole new football game thats mostly about the hbcu's and the marching bands which you control like rockband or somethin like it. it looks pretty fun, and me being in marching band i seriously want this game but i cant afford a 360 or a ps3 atm so:( even tho i know the pic shows the PC symbol i think they changed it to 360 and ps3 heres a couple vids
